i must say from the time they entered my home everything was done with the utmost care using equipment that did the job of taking care of my mold problem and at the same time protecting and covering all areas involved in the procedure. Then when the task was finished, i was told a time when they would return (and they came on time) and vacuum, swept, and wiped everything down plus putting furniture and pictures back in place. They took care of my house like they would their own house. I live in a gated community with a 130 homes and i would highly recommend this company to anyone having the same problem as mine.

We used after a a broken valve under the kitchen sink caused a flood in our building. men came out right away and set up their equipment to dry out several rooms. They did a great job, however the unexpected cost was bigger than our budget and our insurance refused to pay the claim. Staff at worked with us to come up with a payment plan that met our needs, while continuing to assist us in our ongoing dispute with the insurance company. We had an unfortunate mishap with our roof at our brand new, almost completed shop. The situation left us uneasy and definitely stressed out. We called [PUDDLES] and he was out there within just hours of calling him. He went through the entire building and determined the best method to address the issues. At 11:30 in the evening we realized for an hour and a half hour washing machine had been flooding the kitchen dining room and living room for an hour and a half. When I voice texted what are damage help you began with the most well-known listing which also showed 24 hour care..but no answer. The second call was to someone who sounded uncomprehensive so I called all dry next and we're so happy that this is who we ended up with. He is more than professional competent and diligent. He assured us to relax be calm and that he had it under control. I was highly nervous and didn't want my family taking advantage of but he did it step by step and took about 5 hours or more to precisely take care of everything that would need help. I cannot explain enough how top-notch he takes care of everything and then some. I will always always recommend and keep his number in case this ever happens again.
