- Health and Safety Protocol. Our technicians follow strict PPE donning and doffing procedures and hazard assessment protocols required under the S540 standard.
- Structural and Contents Remediation. We clean and, where necessary, demo affected structural materials. Contents are cleaned, restored, or disposed of according to contamination level.
- Biocide and Antimicrobial Treatment. Affected surfaces are treated with EPA-registered biocides and antimicrobial agents to eliminate pathogens.
- Containment and Disposal. Contaminated waste and sharps are contained and disposed of in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Confirmation of Cleanliness. We verify the site meets cleanliness standards before returning it to the property owner.
