The restoration industry has a negative reputation because too many individuals or businesses engage in unethical and dishonest behavior. Depending upon who you speak with, you will get slightly different definitions of “Integrity.” If you get vastly different definitions, then you are in the wrong place.
Integrity is commonly described as the quality of being honest and having a consistent, uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles.
- The unity between what we say and what we do
- Doing the right thing even when no one is watching
- Honesty regulated by a person’s sense of right and wrong
- Honesty and Truthfulness
PUDDLES Restoration believes in KISS – Keep It Simple Stupid – so for us, “Integrity” means doing the right thing even when no one is watching. See

WHAT HAPPENED?
During a Mold Removal project in Citra, FL we found an envelope with cash in a dresser.
WHAT DID PUDDLES DO?
We immediately took pictures of every dollar and sent a message to the homeowners informing them of what we found, but more importantly, we left it (all of it) where we found it.
INTEGRITY
Our commitment to honesty and integrity is reflected in the fact that no individual who has worked with or for PUDDLES Restoration has ever been accused of theft, underscoring the high ethical standards we uphold throughout our operations.
Selective Hiring Practices
We are [as another business recently described us] particular in choosing the people who join our team or collaborate with us.
We constantly remind our staff, “Even if you think no one is watching, you should assume that you are being recorded, thus act accordingly.” You can imagine the accusations that could have been made without such pictures. No Sticky Fingers Here!
