Grateful for PUDDLES and the team … they were recommended by another contractor who was too busy to help us with water incursion from Hurricane Debby.  PUDDLES came the same day we called, sent his assessment to the estimator who also got back to us the same day, and arrived when he said he would the following day to begin.  The project isn't finished, but so far, PUDDLES has exceeded our expectations.

Had my A/C unit backup due to a safety switch failure and it flooded my laundry room, hallway, and part of the kitchen. I called PUDDLES and they came out that day and started drying all the rooms. Due to their timely response, the damage was restricted to just the laundry room. I was communicated with and kept informed during the entire process. We had an unfortunate mishap with our roof at our brand new, almost completed shop. The situation left us uneasy and definitely stressed out. We called [PUDDLES] and he was out there within just hours of calling him. He went through the entire building and determined the best method to address the issues. He informed us of all the possible situations so there were no more unexpected surprises. We left that day confident in what we knew would need to be done and that he would complete it. When we arrived the next day, we were blown away by how clean the area was. It looked like he was never there. Unfortunately drywall, insulation, lighting and such all needed to be taken down so it was a mess to start with and he made it look like it never happened and it was just waiting on insulation and drywall. At 11:30 in the evening we realized for an hour and a half hour washing machine had been flooding the kitchen dining room and living room for an hour and a half. When I voice texted what are damage help you began with the most well-known listing which also showed 24 hour care..but no answer. The second call was to someone who sounded uncomprehensive so I called all dry next and we're so happy that this is who we ended up with. He is more than professional competent and diligent. He assured us to relax be calm and that he had it under control. I was highly nervous and didn't want my family taking advantage of but he did it step by step and took about 5 hours or more to precisely take care of everything that would need help. I cannot explain enough how top-notch he takes care of everything and then some. I will always always recommend and keep his number in case this ever happens again.
